THE PAINTED MAN
The Painted Man has been selected for the International Film Festival Glasgow and will be screened at that festival in November.
The film is coming home to Kildare. It’ll be screened on the 9th December at Riverbank Arts Centre in an event co-hosted by Kildare Arts Services that funded the film through their Short Grass scheme.
Fairwell to Manchán
The multi-hyphenate writer, performer, broadcaster Manchán Magan has left us - in corporeal form at least. His life is being celebrated today at mammoth gatherings in Gonzaga Chapel and in the Fumbally Café. He was a remarkable person and we feel so fortunate to have been part of his community and enjoyed his beautiful light.
Go n-éirí an bóthar leat, Manchán!
